JMC asked why Kushiel’s Justice by Jacqueline Carey was the only book released in ebook format despite the fact that it’s apart of a trilogy. Yeah. I run across that a lot. Here is my laundry list of complaints to add to that one:

Dennis Lehane's next published novel is a major publishing event. It's been 4 years since Lehane's last book, Shutter Island. On Dennis Lehane's website, there's more info about The Given Day that you can read there.
This is a historical novel. A historical epic that is somewhat of a departure for Lehane. The release date for The Given Day is Sept. 23. Look for a review.
