Mobipocket.com has 20 of Dean Koontz backlist in ebook format. This is progress. I didn’t see any of my favorite titles like Lightning or Dragon Tears in there but one can only hope. Looks like all the books in his popular Odd series is available. I did read and enjoy the first book in the series.

I recently discovered that my library has a ebook database. I started searching through the digital media catalog and was impressed. Of course there are some limitations. First, the only reader formats available are Mobipocket and Adobe reader. MS Lit is my preferred format. Dennis Lehane's next published novel is a major publishing event. It's been 4 years since Lehane's last book, Shutter Island. On Dennis Lehane's website, there's more info about The Given Day that you can read there.
This is a historical novel. A historical epic that is somewhat of a departure for Lehane. The release date for The Given Day is Sept. 23. Look for a review.
