Blu-Ray vs. HD DVD?

by Avid Reader on January 7, 2008

For the technology buffs out there, Warner Brothers will be backing the Blu-Ray format by releasing films solely in that format after July. This is significant because Warner Bro. has the largest film collection and consumer sales seem to prefer Blu-Ray over HD DVD. The average cost for Blu-Ray hovers around $400. I already have Blu-Ray and agree that it is superior.

My dad and I were debating which player to get over the Christmas break. We ended up testing with BluRay because a player came in my mom’s new laptop. We like it. But we’re still hesitant to make a final decision. LOL
