No more Dr. Jar­vick push­ing Lip­i­tor, a cho­les­terol low­er­ing drug, for Pfizer. It turns out that the ads were allegedly mis­lead­ing and has raised ques­tions with Con­gress on Dr. Jarvick’s qual­i­fi­ca­tions. Jar­vick is a sci­en­tist and not a med­ical doc­tor and the ads in my opin­ion didn’t do much to dif­fer­en­ti­ate or make that fact clear in their

Come­dian Jerry Sein­feld pre­sented a pretty bad anal­ogy in com­par­ing an author’s law­suit against wife being akin to the “killers of Mar­tin Luther King and John Lennon.” Of course he was just kid­ding per his lawyers.
