Judge has ruled favor­ably in the JK Rowl­ing and Warner Broth­ers law­suit against the pub­li­ca­tion of the Harry Pot­ter Lex­i­con. The out­come of this case was inter­est­ing and unsur­pris­ing. No mat­ter if you agree or dis­agree with the out­come of this case, the fact remains is that these are her char­ac­ters, her hard work, her lifeblood and she has every right to block such pub­li­ca­tions that use her work if she so chooses. The arti­cle didn’t men­tion any­thing about an appeal.
