Giveaway: Grave Goods (Mistress of the Art of Death) by Ariana Franklin
I’ve had some real life stuff going on that has delayed my plans to have a review up for this book on its release day. My apologies. I am working on it. Meanwhile, I will go ahead and offer up a giveaway of the ARC that I have for GRAVE GOODS by Ariana Franklin which features Adelia Aguilar, a forensic scientist in 12th Century England. She is a woman well ahead of her time. This is the third book in the series, the first two books are Mistess of the Art of Death and The Serpent’s Tale.
In this entry Adelia is asked by King Henry II to investigate a bard’s claim of a hidden grave that may have the remains of King Arthur and Guineverre that his uncle saw in a “vision” in Glastonbury. King Henry wants Adelia to authenticate the bones to squash the Welsh rebellion. Adelia utilizes the skills that has made her the “Mistress of the Art of Death” by giving Henry II the peace that he wants while also solving the mystery of some missing companions.
As for the giveway, it’s easy. Just leave a comment below. The winner will be picked randomly. It is requested that if you win, please share your thoughts (good or bad) on message boards, Twitter, blogs, Face Book, My Space, wherever people like to congregate these days. The comments for this entry will close at 11:59PM CST Tuesday (Central Standard Time). International readers are welcome. Winner announced the following day. Good luck. Any questions, email me at keishon@avidbookreader.com. Also, note, this book is already out in hardcover.

Diana Norman writing under either that name or Ariana Franklin is one of my favourite reads! I would love to be entered for the draw for this book, and I will blog about it over at Historical Tapestry for you.
