Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad, Vol. 1 by Harold Sakuishi is categorized as a drama/comedy. It’s also for older teens (OT 16+). I read this one and several other manga titles over the holidays. Dennis Lehane's next published novel is a major publishing event. It's been 4 years since Lehane's last book, Shutter Island. On Dennis Lehane's website, there's more info about The Given Day that you can read there.
This is a historical novel. A historical epic that is somewhat of a departure for Lehane. The release date for The Given Day is Sept. 23. Look for a review.
